This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and booking changes for all tours and services provided by Yes, You Deserve. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.


1. Overview

Due to the personalized nature of our experiences, many tours involve advance planning, reservations with local partners, and logistical coordination.

For this reason, cancellation terms may vary depending on:

  • The type of tour

  • The number of participants

  • The level of customization

  • Third-party services included in the itinerary

Specific conditions listed on an individual tour page or booking confirmation will always prevail over this general policy.


2. Standard Private Tours

(Personalized Half-Day and Personalized Full-Day Tours)

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date
• Full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date
• Deposit is non-refundable.

If the full amount has already been paid, only the deposit portion is retained.


3. All-Inclusive Experiences

Due to the higher level of customization and advance reservations required:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour date
• Full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 60 and 14 days before the tour date
• 75% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date
• Deposit is non-refundable.


4. Group Bookings

(10 or more participants)

Large group reservations require additional coordination with transportation providers, restaurants, wineries, and activity partners.

For this reason:

• Deposits for group bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the services reserved.
• If third-party reservations cannot be canceled without penalty, those costs will be deducted from any refund.

We always make reasonable efforts to recover any costs from our partners before processing refunds.


5. Third-Party Services

Some experiences included in our tours are provided by independent partners, such as:

  • wineries

  • restaurants

  • boat cruises

  • activity providers

  • transportation partners

These services often require advance reservations or prepayment.

If a cancellation occurs:

• Refunds for these components depend on the individual cancellation policies of each partner.
• Yes, You Deserve cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services once they have been confirmed.

If a partner provides a refund, the same amount will be returned to the client.


6. No-Shows

If a client does not appear at the agreed pick-up location and time without prior notice:

• The tour will be considered a no-show
• No refund will be issued.


7. Client-Initiated Changes (Rescheduling)

Clients may request to change the tour date, subject to availability.

We always aim to offer flexibility whenever possible. However, as each experience involves planning, coordination, and, in some cases, advance purchases, the following conditions apply:

Standard Private Tours

(Personalized Half-Day and Personalized Full-Day Tours)

• €50 rescheduling fee

This fee reflects the operational adjustments required, such as guide availability and route planning.

All-Inclusive Experiences

Due to the higher level of planning and advance reservations involved:

More than 60 days before the tour:

• Free rescheduling

Within 60 days of the tour:

• €100 rescheduling fee
• Plus any costs already secured on your behalf (such as monument tickets or pre-booked services)

Important Notes

• Monument tickets and other pre-booked services are non-refundable once purchased
• We always do our best to minimize any additional costs whenever possible
• Rescheduling does not alter the original cancellation conditions


8. Health Issues and Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unexpected situations such as illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions, we will always do our best to offer flexible solutions.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• Rescheduling
• A future credit valid for 12 months
• Partial refunds when possible

Each situation is evaluated individually.


9. Force Majeure

If the tour cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • extreme weather conditions

  • government restrictions

  • road closures

  • monument closures

Yes, You Deserve will issue a full credit equal to the deposit paid, valid for 12 months.

Credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.


10. Guide Replacement

In the unlikely event that the assigned guide becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, another qualified guide from our team will conduct the tour. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.


11. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted through one of our official communication channels:

The request must include:

• Client name
• Tour date
• Tour name
• Reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


12. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance covering:

  • cancellations

  • travel delays

  • unexpected medical situations

  • itinerary changes

Travel insurance can protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
