Let me also say that we are not generally tour people, but I did A LOT of research and learned that tours in Sintra were recommended at the very least for logistics. From the start, Pedro was warm and welcoming and made our experience very fun and rewarding. What we gained was much more than logistical ease and no Sintra stress. We got the history, the real stories, the recommendations, a personal photographer, an authentic culinary experience, and lots of laughs. Everyone in my family had an unforgettable day.

Our full-day, all-inclusive Sintra tour was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was handled seamlessly, from the private transfer to the thoughtfully planned visits to Sintra’s palaces, monuments, and the coastline of Cascais. I took the Customizable Full Day Sintra Tuk Tuk Tour with Local Guides, and it was, hands down, the best day of my entire trip. Pedro did not just walk us through Sintra. He brought it to life. The morning started off chaotic with Bolt cancellations, traffic, and us running late, but Daniel handled everything with such calm, grace, and flexibility that the entire energy of the day shifted the moment we met him. He customized the day around our comfort level, adjusted routes to avoid unnecessary climbing, and navigated crowds and timing seamlessly. By the end of the day my husband looked at me and said, “Okay...THIS made the trip worth it.”

Vera brought great energy to the day, explained everything clearly, and made sure both the adults and kids in our group were comfortable and enjoying themselves. She also helped take photos throughout the day so we could relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing the moments ourselves. The entire tour was exceptionally well organized, seamless, and completely stress-free.

From the booking process, all done on WhatsApp, to pickup, the all-day tour, and drop-off, everything ran smoothly. A highlight was stopping in a small town to experience an authentic Portuguese lunch at a family-owned restaurant. The company provides so much detail during the booking process that you can tailor the experience around what you would like to see, and they give excellent advice to avoid the crowds.
