To receive a 75% refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the tour start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.

In the event that the assigned tour guide becomes ill or encounters an unforeseen emergency, we will assign another qualified guide to ensure your experience proceeds as planned.
