This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for all tours and services provided by Yes, You Deserve. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. General Refund Policy
Yes, You Deserve applies different refund conditions depending on the type of tour, duration, level of customization, seasonality, and other operational factors.
Specific refund terms are listed on each tour’s product page at the time of booking. In case of any conflict between this general policy and the terms specified on an individual tour page, the conditions listed on that specific tour page will prevail.
2. Cancellations by the Client
Personalized Half-Day and Personalized Full-Day Tours
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
All-Inclusive Tour
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 60 and 14 days in advance are eligible for a 75% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
3. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
If your tour cannot proceed as scheduled due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, road closures, or the unexpected closure of monuments or key sites, Yes, You Deserve will issue a full credit equal to the deposit paid.
This credit can be used for a future tour within 12 months of the original tour date.
The credit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person designated by you, allowing a friend or family member to enjoy the experience.
4. Client-Initiated Changes (Rescheduling)
Any changes requested by the client, including rescheduling, are subject to availability and must be confirmed through one of our official communication channels.
In cases of flight delays or health issues, we will make every effort to rebook for the next convenient day instead of treating it as a cancellation. A rescheduling fee will apply:
€100 for the All-Inclusive Tour
€50 for all other tours
Rescheduling does not change the original cancellation policy. If you choose not to reschedule, the applicable cancellation terms outlined in section 2 will apply.
5. Guide Replacement
Yes, You Deserve never cancels a confirmed tour due to guide availability. In the rare event of illness or an unforeseen emergency affecting the assigned guide, we will assign another qualified guide from our team to conduct the tour, ensuring the same level of quality and service. Guide replacement may occur at any time and without prior notice.
6. How to Request a Refund

The request must include:
Client’s full name
Booking date
Tour name
Reason for cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, itinerary changes, and other unforeseen events.
