Do I need fixed dates or a tour choice to contact you?
No. If your dates are still open, share the time of year you’re considering. You don’t need to choose a tour before contacting us, and you can confirm your hotel or meeting details later.
Will the tour be private for our group?
Yes. These tours are for your group with a local guide. We’ll confirm the format and vehicle arrangements for your group when planning your day.
Can you pick us up in Lisbon or Cascais? What about tickets and lunch?
The All-Inclusive Full-Day includes pickup and return in Lisbon or Cascais, agreed monument tickets and Portuguese lunch. We’ll confirm the pickup details with you.
For Half-Day and Full-Day tours, transfers and monument tickets are separate. Lunch is not included in Half-Day and is paid separately on Full-Day. We’ll explain the arrangements and any extras before you book.
How do we choose the right tour for our group’s pace?
Tell us what you’d most enjoy: time inside a palace, gardens, viewpoints or the coast. We’ll recommend a format and explain the walking, steps and transport involved, so you can choose what suits your group. If step-free access matters to you, let us know before booking so we can check specific places together.
How do we book our tour?
Once we’ve confirmed availability and your tour details, a 50% deposit confirms the booking. Pay the deposit by card; the remaining balance is due on the tour day, by card or cash. Any special payment conditions will be explained before you book.
Terms & ConditionsWhat if we need to cancel?
For Half-Day and Full-Day tours, cancel at least 14 days before the tour for a full deposit refund. With less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
For All-Inclusive, the deposit is fully refundable more than 60 days before the tour; from 60 to 14 days, 75% of the deposit is refundable. With less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Groups of 10 or more and third-party reservations can have different conditions. The specific terms in your offer or booking confirmation apply.
