Your Full-Day Tour begins at 9:00 AM in Sintra. You can choose the most convenient way to get there from Lisbon:
🚗 Private Transfer (€45 total per vehicle)
One of our English-speaking drivers can pick you up directly from your hotel and take you to the meeting point. The ride takes about 40 minutes.

Takes about 40–50 minutes depending on traffic.

Always wear comfortable walking shoes. You’ll be on cobblestone streets and natural paths.

No worries — we do tours in the rain all the time, and unless there’s a crazy storm, you’re still in for a great experience! 😊
Our electric tuk-tuk is fully equipped with side covers to protect you from wind and rain.
We also provide warm blankets to keep you cozy during the ride.
Just make sure to bring a rain-ready jacket and an umbrella — you can easily find one at any local souvenir shop.

👤 Unexpected Guide Changes
In rare cases where your assigned guide becomes ill or faces an emergency, we will assign another highly qualified team member to lead your tour with the same care and excellence. You’ll be informed as early as possible — your experience is our top priority.
🍷 Wine Tour (Optional)
If you’d like to enhance your experience, you can add a wine tour to your Half-Day itinerary for an additional €50 (total price for the group).
This includes a visit to a historic winery, where you’ll learn about local wine traditions and explore the estate.
👉 Important: The wine tasting is not included in this price.
If you choose to enjoy the tasting, we’ll organize it for you and add the €24 per person to your final payment — if it hasn’t been paid yet.
💳 How Can I Pay the Remaining Balance?
You have a few easy options to pay the remaining balance of your tour:
💶 In cash on the day of the tour – This is our preferred method, as it keeps things simple and direct.
💻 Using the same payment link you used for your initial deposit.
💬 After the tour: If nothing is settled on the day, a member of our team will reach out in the following days to help you complete the payment.
Whichever option works best for you — we’ll make it easy!
💡 Tipping
Tipping is never required — but always deeply appreciated. If you feel your guide provided an exceptional experience and you’d like to show your appreciation, tips are best given in cash directly to your guide on the day of the tour.

🧭 What to Do After the Tour
Your Half-Day Tour ends in the heart of Sintra, giving you the perfect opportunity to grab lunch and continue exploring on your own!
You’ll have time to visit up to two monuments in the afternoon — here are two great options:
Quinta da Regaleira – Just a 15-minute walk from the village center. A must-see for its mystical gardens and underground tunnels!
Pena Palace or Moorish Castle – Easily reached by Uber for around €6, or by local transport if you prefer.
If you need help choosing which monument to visit or how to get there, just ask your guide at the end of the tour — we’re happy to point you in the right direction!

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before your tour date.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance.
✈️ Flight delays or last-minute emergencies:
If you experience a flight delay or unexpected issue, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour for the following day, depending on availability. Please note that a €50 rescheduling fee applies, as the guide’s time was reserved for you.
